Florida's Space Coast offers some of the best fishing in the country! Few places in the world offer the variety of species found here.

Surf Fishing can be done right in front of your condo. With minimal equipment and bait that can be found in the sand, a myriad of species can be caught at any time of the year. The popular species taken are the Pompano, Snook, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Tarpon, Bluefish, Whiting, Flounder, Sea Bass, Crevalle Jack, and many more.

Deep Sea Fishing Just a short distance north of the Villa is Port Canaveral, where deep sea fishing charter boats are ready to take you out into the Atlantic Ocean for fantastic deep sea fishing. The charters range from a smaller private charter boats up to a large 80’ party boat that provides everything you need for your Deep Sea fishing trip (including the bait).

River Fishing You can fish the nearby freshwater rivers for big Bass and Crappie or the Intercoastal Indian and Banana Rivers for giant Red Fish, Spotted Sea Trout, Snook, Black Drum, Sea Bass, Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon and many other species too numerous to mention.

Pier or Jetty Fishing Great fishing can be done off of the Jetties at Sebastian Inlet or at Port Canaveral. There are also piers available for fishing under the Eau Gallie Causeways and also at various places along the mainland bordering the Intercoastal Indian River.
