Your Florida Rental Condo

We have three types of condos to choose from:
- Oceanfront ground-floor
- Oceanfront two story located above the ground-floor units
- Ocean-view two story courtyard with private garages
OCEANFRONT GROUND FLOOR

OCEAN-FRONT TWO STORY
These Condos are located above the ground floor units in our two ocean front buildings. These units have a balcony off the living room area that directly faces the ocean. OCEAN-VIEW TWO STORY
These Condos have private attached garages and are located in two buildings that are set at an angle to provide a good view of the ocean and large heated pool from their second floor balcony or first floor patio. This patio opens to a grassy courtyard and pool. Below are photos of the dining and living room area of one of our ocean-view courtyard units and an attached garage. The garages provide space for surf boards, kayaks, fishing equipment and other items that would be inappropriate for storing in the units. Rates - Availability

- All units are 1100sq. Ft. two bedroom two bath with private patios or balconies overlooking the ocean.
- Each unit has a private entrance with no lobbies or elevators to deal with.
- Our units are beautifully furnished including all linens, home appliances and most everything that one could expect to find in a privately owned seaside retreat.
- A fully equipped kitchen and dining area is available for your convenience and to save on the family food budget while enjoying your Florida Ocean vacation.
- Laundry facilities are centrally located on the premises.
- Your day to day questions will be handled by an on-site friendly husband/wife manager team who are also available to provide vacation suggestions for your family.
