Villa Riviera - COVID-19 Protocol

Even though the state of Florida has eased restrictions when it comes to the COVID-19 virus we here at the Villa Riviera Club will maintain the highest standards when it comes to the safety protocols during this pandemic. The safety and well-being of all of those who visit the Villa Riviera Club is and has always been our primary concern. We will maintain all of our safety protocols until a vaccine is developed.

Cleaning & Disinfection

Our team – our cleaning team consists of state licensed and regulated cleaning experts dedicated to our facility – each team member has their temperature checked daily before working on the property.

Our products – all Villas are rigorously cleaned with state mandated disinfectant products.

Our detail – all Villas go through a deep clean between guest registrations that includes additional attention to detail on all high-traffic touch points, spraying & sanitizing of all upholstered soft surfaces, removal of all bedding, blankets and pillows for professional cleaning, and newly installed air filters.

Social Distancing

Social distancing continues to be recommended by the Center of Disease Control and the State of Florida and is required in public settings. During your stay please be mindful and considerate of other guests, owners and our team and maintain the recommended state required distance.

Face Coverings

The State of Florida recommends that people wear face coverings during face-to-face interactions with others if you cannot adequately social distance. Face coverings will be available at the main office for a small surcharge for our guest’s convenience and safety.

Property Public Spaces

Pool – no more than the State of Florida recommended capacity will be allowed in the pool area at one time in order to provide adequate space for our guests’ personal comfort and safety. All towels and personal belongings need to be removed upon exit of the pool area. All pool furniture is disinfected daily and intentionally positioned and spaced for individual family groupings recommended by the State of Florida.

Property management office – the property management office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Our property management team checks the CDC and Florida Department of Health websites daily to ensure constant compliance. All updates/changes to our COVID-19 protocol will be posted throughout the property along with additional information that is provided to our guests as part of the welcome packet located within each Villa.
