Our Villa is Unit #203 at the Villa Riviera Club Condominiums in Melbourne Beach just 12 miles south of the world-famous Cocoa Beach.

It is a two-story 2-bedroom, 2 bath 1200 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Townhome located above a one-story ground floor unit which gives a direct view of the ocean and beach. Our condo features a well-stocked newly updated kitchen that is open to the main dining and living areas. The living area focuses a panoramic view of the ocean from the open kitchen bar or the pub style bistro table in the dining area. A large 8' patio door opens to a small balcony that utilizes high balcony chairs to enjoy the Ocean view. The main living area has a 55" Smart TV that provides for access to the internet and streaming. The two bedrooms are upstairs separated by a bathroom equipped with a fiberglass tub and shower surround. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and includes 4 full-length mirrored closet doors, sink and vanity. The Master Bedroom also has a 42" flat TV, and blu-ray player. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, which provides for flexible sleeping arrangements. A 19" flat TV is also in this room.

This unit is also well equipped for the beach, with beach chairs, beach mats, beach umbrellas and boogie boards which can be used at your own risk.
