What is a vacation rental?

Vacation rentals are a preferred alternative to the traditional hotel stay. Often costing less than a single hotel room, vacation rental homes, condos and villas allow families and groups to stay under one roof while providing considerably more space and, in many instances, amenities not found in one’s own home.

Barbecue

Barbecue should be on parking lot pavers only and not allowed in units, garages, patios, or on grass.

Why would I stay in a vacation rental instead of hotel?

Many guests choose to stay in a vacation rental for a combination of reasons – value, location, privacy, amenities, and overall comfort and convenience. In a vacation rental, travelers are able to reserve a fully furnished home with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms underneath one roof, rather than splitting up and booking multiple hotel rooms. Visitors enjoy their own private amenities, a contrast to a shared resort-style perks, as well as a full kitchen in-home, and often in-home game rooms, billiard tables, home movie theaters and more.

Can I bring my pets?

We are truly sorry, no pets are permitted at Villa Riviera with the exception of service animals.

How do I check-in to my vacation rental once I’ve arrived?

Please check in at the Manager's Office - apartment 101. Arrival time is after 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Departure no later than 10:00 am. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, let us know and we will try to work with you. Office hours are Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm and Saturdays: by appointment only. If arriving after office hours, please make arrangements with the managers for checking in.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes we do have a heated swimming pool. We ask that everyone please read and observe all regulations as posted at the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is for use by registered guests and owners only.

Do you require a reservation or security deposit?

Yes, a Reservation Deposit of $200 will be required to hold your Reservation. Upon check-in the $200 will then be retained as a Security Deposit and will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be canceled no later than 60 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of the deposit. If it is not within that window before check in you will forfeit your deposit.

Telephones

Land line telephones are available in some of the villas for local & nationwide long distance calls including Puerto Rico and Canada. If you need access to a land line phone service, please inquire during the reservation process to learn if the villa you are booking includes this service.

Laundry Facilities

Laundry detergent is supplied in the laundry room at no charge. Please use the detergent supplied. Our washers require detergent specifically for the high efficiency machines. Our machines accept coins and credit cards.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, etc

Sorry, but there is no space on our property for parking RVs, boats, trailers, or any other recreational vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner's expense. Please call the manager if you need assistance.
