Villa Riviera Club Policies and Regulations
The townhomes at the Villa are all individually owned. The maximum occupancy for each apartment is 4 adults or a family of 6.
A booking deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your rental. Half of your rent is required to be paid 60 days before your arrival and is nonrefundable along with your $200.00 booking deposit. Your $200.00 booking deposit will be retained as your damage deposit. A credit card will be required upon arrival for us to keep on file for any extra damages or cleaning charges at the time of your departure. Your $200.00 damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks if there are no damages or extra laundry charges at the time of your departure.
Your $200.00 booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more that 60 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 60 days before your arrival the $200.00 booking deposit and the 50% balance you have paid is nonrefundable unless we can re book your condo. We will make every attempt to rebook your condo, but we cannot guarantee it.

The payment method is cash, check, or money order in US Funds. We also accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards.
Please check in at the Manager`s Office - apartment 101. Arrival time is after 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Departure no later than 10:00 am. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, let us know and we will try to work with you. Office hours are Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm and Saturdays: Appointment Only. If arriving after office hours, please make arrangements with the managers for checking in. An additional fee will be charged for early check in and late check out.
Telephones are available in all apartments for local & nationwide long distance including Puerto Rico and Canada calls only.
Documented service animals that are pre-registered with our office are always welcome, but pets of any other kind are not permitted at the Villa by you or your guests. There will be a $500.00 charged to the credit card on file if you or any of your guests do bring a pet onto our property.
Barbecue should be on Parking Lot Pavers only and not allowed in units, garages, patios, or on grass.
Please read and observe all regulations as posted at the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is for use by registered guests and owners only.
There is a Coin-Operated or you can use your Credit Card Laundry Room on site for all guests to use that is open 24 hours. Laundry detergent is supplied in the laundry room at no charge. Please use only the detergent supplied, our washers requires HE detergent specifically for the High Efficiency machines. Soiled towels and linens are expected to be laundered up until the last day of your stay. Change is available at the office.
RV`s, Boats, Trailers, etc
Sorry, but there is no space on our property for parking RV`s, boats, trailers, or any other vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Please call the manager if you need assistance.
