Villa Riviera Policies and Regulations

Check-In/Check-Out

Arrival: 3:00 pm I Departure: 10:00 am.
*If you need early arrival or late departure please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
At the time of contract, all guests will provide the Management Team with a personal code to open their Villa. Code’s will be set by the Manager prior to arrival. If you should need assistance while on-site, the Manager`s office hours are Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm and they are in Villa 101.

Payment

A booking deposit of $200 is required to hold your Villa and will be retained as your damage deposit. Your deposit will be returned to you within two weeks after your departure as long as there are no damages or extra cleaning needed.

Half of your Villa rental fee is required to be paid 60 days before your arrival. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. We accept the following payment methods; cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival the 50% balance you paid is nonrefundable unless we can re-book your Villa. We will make every attempt to rebook your Villa, but we cannot guarantee it. Your $200.00 booking deposit is fully refundable.


In view of the coronavirus COVID-19 we are for the time being making a temporary exception to our cancellation policy so that you can be free to postpone your reservation at any time up until 1 week before your planned arrival, without incurring any cancellation fees. This temporary exception to our standard cancellation policy is applicable for all guests who currently have a reservation with the Villa Rivera Club and for all new reservations made through April 30, 2021.

Occupancy

Maximum overnight occupancy is between 4-6 individuals depending on Villa rented.

BBQ Grills

Barbecue grills should be on parking lot pavers only and are not allowed in Villas, garages, patios or on grass. Please be sure to clean up any spills.

Laundry

There is a coin-operated/credit card laundry room on site for all guests to use that is open 24 hours. Laundry detergent is supplied in the laundry room at no charge. Please use the detergent supplied, our washers require specific detergent for our high efficiency machines. Soiled towels and linens are expected to be laundered up until the last day of your stay. Change is available at the office.

Pets

Our property is pet free.

There will be a $500 penalty charged to the credit card on file if you or any of your guests bring a pet onto our property.

Pool

Please read and observe all regulations as posted at the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty so swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool is for use by Villa guests and owners only.

RV`s, Boats, Trailers, etc

Sorry, we are not able to accommodate parking for RV`s, boats, trailers, or any other large vehicles on our property. These vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Please call the manager if you need assistance.

Smoking/Non-Smoking

Villas, garages and the pool have been designated as non-smoking areas.
